PCC5 Trade Union Visits and Encourages Workers at Construction Sites
04/02/2026The working delegation, led by Mr. Chiêu Anh Kiệt – Chairman of the PCC5 Trade Union – along with members of the Executive Committee of the PCC5 Trade Union, visited and encouraged staff, engineers, and workers at several key projects, including: TPC Offshore Wind Power Generation Phase II (PV Shipyard); Offshore Wind Farm Bal (Baltica 2); Long Thành International Airport Construction Project – Phase 1 (Long Thành Airport); Power Supply from the National Grid to Côn Đảo District, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province (Côn Đảo); 110kV Tầm Vu 2 Substation and Connection Line Project (Tầm Vu 2); among others.
At each site, the PCC5 Trade Union Executive Committee inquired into the working and living conditions of employees, assessed the production status at the construction site, and listened to the workers’ thoughts, concerns, aspirations, and the real challenges they were facing during construction. Legitimate opinions and proposals were duly noted for reporting and coordination with the PCC5 Management Board to promptly provide support and solutions.
Speaking at the gatherings, Mr. Lê Anh Triệu – Vice Chairman of the PCC5 Trade Union – highly appreciated the enthusiastic, responsible working spirit and the dedication of the on-site workforce, who have been contributing day and night to the success of the projects and enhancing PCC5’s reputation and brand presence in the market.
On this occasion, the PCC5 Trade Union also presented spiritual encouragement gifts, showing the care, support, and recognition of the entire PCC5 leadership for the efforts of the staff and workers. These gestures aim to share part of the difficulties and further motivate employees to confidently continue their work and successfully fulfill their assigned tasks.
Site visits have long been a meaningful tradition in PCC5’s Trade Union activities, helping to spread a spirit of unity, empathy, and encouragement among workers to continue contributing toward the sustainable development of the company.
