In order to effectively carry out the mission of supporting the material and spiritual well-being of employees, and in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 5 (PCC5), the Executive Committee of the PCC5 Trade Union has organized visits and working trips to several key construction sites across various provinces and cities.
On the morning of March 8, Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 5 (PCC5) held a warm gathering to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event was attended by Mr. Lê Anh Triệu, Deputy Director of PCC5, along with all female employees of the company.
On the afternoon of May 30, at Package 55 of the 500kV Transmission Line Circuit 3 Project, PCC5 welcomed a delegation conducting a progress inspection led by Mr. Ngô Đông Hải and Mr. Nguyễn Quang Hưng – Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – along with leaders of various departments, sectors, local authorities, and the leadership of the National Power Transmission Corporation.
On October 20, 2023, the PCC5 Trade Union organized a gathering for female staff to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2023) and the 13th anniversary of Southern Women’s Day (October 20, 2010 – October 20, 2023). The event was held for female employees working at both the Office and various construction sites.
On July 8, 2023, the PCC5 Trade Union held the Opening Ceremony of the 2023 Sports Festival to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the Company's founding (July 25, 2005 – July 25, 2023).

In response to the call from the Ministry of Health and local authorities, on July 26, 2021, the leadership of Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 5 (PCC5) decided to deploy personnel and equipment to support the local government in COVID-19 prevention and control efforts in Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City.
On July 5, 2021, the leadership of Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company No. 5 (PCC5) decided to build a Compassion House and provide monthly support for the mother of the late employee Huỳnh Thanh Bé — Mrs. Đặng Thị Sáu, who currently resides in Thanh Hòa Commune, Cai Lậy District, Tiền Giang Province.
