                                                     LETTER OF INTRODUCTION

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

This year, we commemorate the 16th anniversary of our company's establishment under the severe circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, as the Delta variant spreads at an alarming rate. It has pushed us into a biological interconnection—not just a spiritual one, where “when one horse is sick, the whole stable stops eating,” but a real biological link: “when one horse is sick, the whole stable suffers.”

Therefore, at this time, the spirit of solidarity, compassion, and mutual support must be our core values.

Due to the pandemic, we are unable to organize a celebration for the company’s 16th anniversary this year. However, let us all embody the PCC5 spirit by uniting in the fight against the pandemic, protecting one another in the spirit of “love others as you love yourself.”

Finally, the Board of Directors extends our best wishes:

-    Wishing good health to all officers and employees of the company,
-    Wishing strength and resilience to those on the frontlines of production—hold the line, fight the pandemic well, and maintain productivity,
-    Wishing all PCC5 family members safety and protection from loss,
-    Wishing the PCC5 family great strength to overcome the pandemic.
