SU TU TRANG FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PHASE 01

1. Project Overview
The STTFFD P1 project is part of the Su Tu Trang (White Lion) field development located in Block 15-1, offshore Vietnam. The STTFFD P1 scope includes one ST-PIP platform, one ST-LQ living quarters module, and two connecting bridges.

2. Scope of Work
Pulling and complete arrangement of all Electrical, Instrument, Fire & Gas, Telecom, and PAGA cables across the entire system. Cable glanding and termination for all cables in accordance with offshore oil platform gland standards and the project’s design specifications. Perform cable testing, complete check sheets, and finalize Mechanical Completion (MC) documentation for the installation work package per project procedures.

Work volume:

• Cable pulling and arrangement: 123,395 meters

• Glanding: 3,580 units

• Terminations: 3,678 points

• Cable testing and inspection: 1,827 cables

3. Construction Timeline
The construction of the ST-PIP platform commenced on November 23, 2014, and was launched on February 24, 2017.
PCC5 began execution of the E&I system on March 28, 2016, and completed it on July 22, 2016.

4. Construction Methodology
The E&I construction works for the ST-PIP platform were carried out following the construction methodology submitted to PTSC M&C and the project investor.
This method also served as training material for workers involved in offshore platform and process platform construction.
