Construction and complete installation of electrical systems and substations up to 500kV.

Wind Farm Construction Contractor

Our interconnection service goes beyond mere transmission line installation—it encompasses the entire process of integrating energy projects into the national grid or regional power systems. From the early stages, we conduct interconnection studies, load assessments, voltage modeling, fault current analysis, and ensure compliance with the technical standards of utility companies and grid management organizations. We work closely with Transmission System Operators to ensure compatibility of communication parameters, protection systems, and relays.

During the execution phase, we construct transmission lines, medium/high voltage interconnection lines, switching stations, interconnection substations, and relay protection, breaker, and SCADA systems. We ensure proper grid synchronization, fault current testing, measurement, voltage stability verification, and system reliability.

After the interconnection is completed, we continue to provide operational monitoring packages, fault response support, voltage quality improvement, and grid stability services. We also assist clients in obtaining grid connection permits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. In many cases, we act as a technical partner to liaise with power authorities, grid planning departments, and other stakeholders to ensure that grid integration is carried out properly and efficiently.

Substations

A substation is a central component for voltage transformation, power flow coordination, and system protection—and we handle every stage from site survey, design, construction, to commissioning and operation. In the design phase, our engineering team produces detailed drawings, defines the substation type (AIS – Air Insulated Switchgear or GIS – Gas Insulated Switchgear), selects transformers, switchgear, protective relays, steel structures, foundation systems, grounding and isolation systems.

During the construction phase, we carry out site grading, foundation works, erection of steel structures, installation of high and medium voltage cable systems, busbars, control cabinets, support structures (posa), and safety shielding systems. We are also responsible for civil works such as access roads, control buildings, security fencing, drainage systems, and other infrastructure to ensure the substation not only performs reliably but is also built for long-term durability.

The testing and commissioning phase is critical: we perform insulation tests, relay functionality checks, control system and SCADA calibration, and full-system verification. Once the substation is operational, we continue to provide scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or capacity expansions to meet growing demand. For substations ranging from low to extra high voltage (12 kV to 765 kV), we have extensive experience in executing turn-key projects—from preliminary phases to energization and handover.

Interconnection Services

Our interconnection services go far beyond the installation of transmission lines—they encompass the full process of integrating energy projects into the national grid or regional power systems. From the initial stages, we conduct interconnection studies, load assessments, voltage modeling, and fault current analysis, ensuring full compliance with the technical standards set by utility companies and grid management authorities. We work closely with Transmission System Operators to ensure proper configuration of communication parameters, protection schemes, and relays.

In the implementation phase, we construct transmission lines, medium/high voltage tie-ins, switching stations, interconnection substations, and relay protection, breaker, and SCADA systems. We ensure precise grid synchronization, fault current testing, measurement, voltage stability checks, and system reliability verification.

After the interconnection is completed, we continue to provide operational monitoring packages, fault troubleshooting support, voltage quality improvement, and grid stability enhancement. We also assist clients in obtaining interconnection permits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. In many cases, we serve as the technical partner working directly with power authorities, grid planners, and other stakeholders to ensure the grid connection is executed properly and efficiently.
