Power Engineering Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 (PCC5), established on July 25, 2005, is one of Vietnam's leading enterprises in the field of electrical system construction and installation. As a pioneer in meeting all client requirements under the guiding principles of Safety – Quality – On Schedule, PCC5 has successfully completed numerous key projects, serving as an EPC contractor for both renewable energy developments and power transmission substation and line projects up to 500kV.

On April 11, 2019, the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment granted the operating license for PCC5’s Representative Office in Hanoi.

Located at No. 08 Ngu Xa Street, Truc Bach Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, this office serves as the company’s representative in working with local authorities to manage projects in accordance with legal regulations, and facilitates the management and execution of projects in Northern Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan, Deputy Head of the Project Management Department, has been appointed as Head of the Representative Office.
